• Invitation via email:

  • Look for the invitation to your RON Notary appointment in your inbox.

  • Open the email and click the link to access the meeting

• Identity Validation:

  • Signers need to upload a clear image of a current state-issued ID or US passport.

  • Take photos in landscape mode on a dark surface, ensuring there’s no glare.

  • Provide your Social Security number (without dashes) and date of birth

• KBA Questions:

  • Respond to 3-5 questions about your credit history; this section is timed.

  • If you don’t succeed, you can attempt again:

  • Close the browser and click the link in the Review Documents email.

  • Note: Florida permits only three attempts for KBA questions. Failing twice will terminate the RON session for all signers

• Signing Documents:

  • Click the SIGN button beside each signature field.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the document and click the FINISHED button.

  • Stay in the RON session after you’ve completed the signing

• Retrieving Notarized Documents:

  • After the notary completes the session, a Download option will appear on your screen.

  • If you closed your browser, look for an email within ten minutes containing a link to your document.

  • If you’re unable to access your notarized document, please let me know
